Phasedata Corp today announced the creation of two strategic research centers representing one of the largest one-time high-technology related investments ever made by Phasedata Corp. The Centers, located in Rochester, NY and Jupiter, Florida will play a key role in Phasedata's plan to expand online research and security development into it's leading edge Phase� online management systems.
